Booking Options for Pricing Plans
Automation is meant to make things simpler but they have some complications...
It depends on how you want to use your pricing plan!
When a Pricing Plan is purchased for lessons, a subscription has began and a choice must be made.
Option #1) Do you want to keep your booking power or...
Option #2) Do you want to entrust NQ Music Studio to do your booking for you?
Option #3) Are you about to go on vacation but want to build up booking credit future lessons?

Option #1
By choosing Option #1 you are enrolling in the following booking plan agreement.
Booking Schedules

The student or student's guardian will continue to book each INDIVIDUAL lesson through the NQ Music Studio "Lessons Available" website page.

Lessons are booked just like how the regular plan-free lessons are booked on the website.

All lessons must be booked 5 days or more before the meeting time.

Know your "booking window" time frame: the time between your billing cycle, the 5 day block, and the time you want your lesson to be.

If you are unsure how to calculate your "booking window" timeframe, email us and we'll show you exactly what your "booking window" schedule would be under your desired Pricing Plan.
Booking Credits

Under your pricing plan, you will book lessons using "session credits" and they can be used to book any available date/time in the future.

You don't have to use the credits for every lesson but you will always be prompted with an option to use them while booking.

Your remaining number of unused lesson credits will always be listed on your member account page, just log in and click on "My Subscriptions" from the top right menu.

Credits have to be used by the end of each billing cycle.

It is the student's or guardian's responsibility to make sure they use up all their booking credit before the next billing cycle. We can't stop credits from getting wiped clean before each billing cycle, it is how Wix designed the subscription service. It is very time consuming for us to do the math and add up all your previous bookings. Due to various reasons the records of your lessons are not simple to analyze, consequently, as stated below, we protect the unbooked credit at first but after 2 months, it's your responsibility.

We will give you a 2 month grace period (starting from the date of your first lesson booked using a pricing plan) where we will adjust your credits if you let them go unused and they get wiped by the system.

After the 2 months, if your credits are still getting wiped, you might want to consider switching to Option #2 for your pricing plan.

If you have booking credit, don't let paid lessons get dusty - get them on the calendar!

You can always reschedule at any time (assuming you are outside of 12 hours from your lesson time) so it's better to get lessons on the calendar than to let all your unused lesson credits get wiped by wix booking services (again, we're very sorry wix services are so problematic, we'd change all of this if we could).

By choosing Option #2 you are enrolling in the following booking plan agreement.
Booking Schedules

The student or student's guardian will entrust NQ Music studio to book each lesson paid for by your Pricing Plan.

Lessons are reserved by blocking off the NQ Music Studio calendar.

All lessons will be booked by NQ Music Studio not 5 days in advance but 3 months in advance from your lesson meeting time - offering a guaranteed a spot on the calendar.

Unlike Option #1, your lesson(s) MUST be on a regular booking schedule:

Weekly, recurring on the same day(s) of each week​

Biweekly, recurring on the same day of the week, every other week.

Monthly, recurring on the same ordinal number(s) of the week (e.g. every 2nd and 4th Monday)

Monthly, recurring on the same date of each month (e.g. every 1st day of the month)

Monthly payments are often easier for budgets, however, you should know that monthly pricing plans (the ones used for weekly lessons) get complicated when there are 5 weeks in a month instead of the typical 4 weeks; there is a chance that your lesson schedule might get disrupted by the 5th week occurrences, so watch out for those!

Rescheduling lessons gets a little complicated when you are in this Option #2 Pricing Plan: a lesson that is rescheduled will have to be rescheduled to a time OTHER THAN the regularly scheduled meeting time slot..

WEEKLY PAYERS: If you need to reschedule and absolutely CAN'T meet twice in a week nor double your lesson time length ever, you have only one option: cancel your pricing plan, schedule your rescheduled lesson, and then resubscribe to your plan.

MONTHLY PAYERS: If you need to reschedule and absolutely CAN'T meet twice in a week nor can you double your lesson time length ever, you have two options: 1) Wait for a 5th week lesson meeting time to reschedule, because monthly plans don't book lessons on 5th weeks these open slots are handy for rescheduling, or 2) cancel your pricing plan, schedule your rescheduled lesson, and then resubscribe to your plan.

YEARLY PAYERS: Rescheduling is easier for you because you paid for 36 lessons, and there are 52 weeks in a year- so there should be enough time within your payment cycle to find a lesson meeting slot for your rescheduled lesson.
Booking Credits

Under your pricing plan, your "session credits" will not be used through the website.

We will reserve your lesson time by blocking 3 months worth of lessons (they may be paid or unpaid reservations, depending on your plan).

Essentially, all we're doing is blocking off your instructor's calendar for you; when one month passes we will add on another month of reserved lesson times for you.

Don't use your credits: Once you choose Option #2, those "session credits" on the website are NOT to be used for booking.

Booking any extra lessons through the website is absolutely encouraged, but make sure you are selecting a payment that is separate from your pricing plan.

Your remaining number of unused lesson credits will always be INACCURATE on your member account page (because they aren't being used via the website) if you want to know your current billing cycle booking credit, email us and we'll let you know.

We will assume you want the same lesson subject repeated each session.
-
If you want a specific curriculum and pattern of lesson types, email us and we'll make sure your future lesson plans reflect that.

If a pricing plan payment doesn't go through, or if your pricing plan is canceled, all your future unpaid reserved bookings will be taken off our calendar (the paid reservations stay, and we will be expecting you to receive those lessons).

Option #3
By choosing Option #3 you are enrolling in the following booking plan agreement.
Booking Schedules

This plan is exactly like Option #2 but the lessons will not be put onto the calendar until you give the go ahead.

This Option #3 is for people who have a length of vacation right around the corner (or for those who just want to take some time off from lessons).

Option #3 allows for building up credit - after the student's break from lessons, we will add up all your saved up credit and switch you back to Option #2 or Option #1 once all the saved up booking credit is back on the calendar and used up!

Option #3 fixes all the rescheduling problems of Option #2 because the plan isn't adding on more and more bookings every cycle, there is no race to catch up any new scheduling added on by the plan.

The student or student's guardian will entrust NQ Music studio to book each lesson paid for by your Pricing Plan.

Lessons are reserved by blocking off the NQ Music Studio calendar.

Unlike Option #2 and Option #1 your lessons can be put on the calendar in any pattern of dates or times.​
Booking Credits

In Option #3 your "session credits" will not be used through the website.

We will reserve your lesson time by blocking off the amount of time you've saved up during your time on Option #3 .

Your Option #3 Pricing Plan will be canceled when lessons are put on the calendar.

Don't use your credits: Once you choose Option #3, those "session credits" on the website are NOT to be used for booking.

Booking any extra lessons through the website is absolutely encouraged, but make sure you are selecting a payment that is separate from your pricing plan.

Your remaining number of unused lesson credits will always be INACCURATE on your member account page (because they aren't being used via the website) if you want to know your current billing cycle booking credit, email us and we'll let you know.

We will assume you want the same lesson subject repeated each session.

If you want a specific curriculum and pattern of lesson types, email us and we'll make sure your future lesson plans reflect that.

If a pricing plan payment doesn't go through, your Option #3 plan will be complete and we will discuss when you want to put your booking credits on the calendar.
