Service Description

If there is a specific piece of music that you want to learn that is not in the music store collection, or not available online anywhere, Lex will transcribe the music for you. Send her the audio of the piece you want to learn and she will create a transcription of it made just for you to learn (within a week of asking). This could also be something you or your child has composed, perhaps you want sheet music of a composition; you could have that song in print, ready to share with others within a week. Booking for this is not a "lesson" but you will be paying for the time, just like any other lesson. It takes time to create it, we need it blocked out on the calendar, but do NOT expect to be meeting in person for booking this service! Simple one page pieces (think melody and/or chords) from audio under 3 minutes: book this course for 1 hour Simple pieces that are long (over 3 minutes): book two sessions of this course (giving me two hours to complete your transcription). For complicated pieces that require Lex to parse out a score for multiple instruments, or for complex two hand piano pieces, or any very high tempo wild music that is longer than 3 minutes: book 3 hours for this service. She may not be able to finish it, if it's super complex, but she will give you what she transcribed within three hours.
